I am Army Infantry and the Blue Disk for the Cap will not fit properly on my AGSU cap . Is there a different disk to fit this cap?

The Blue Disc is not used on the AGSU Service Cap, only the ASU Service Cap.

I don't have a question, I have an answer to a previous question here that was answered incorrectly. A question was asked about the infantry blue disk for the AGSU service cap not fitting behind the cap device, and the answer stated it is not worn. That is not correct.
DA PAM 21-31 para c. (3) (3) How worn. The blue infantry disk is worn secured beneath the insignia on the Army blue and heritage green service caps and the drill sergeant hat.
The reason the blue disk will not fit properly is because the device that this AGSU device comes with a slight modification (other than finish) from the polished ASU device. This device has an additional wafer nut with a couple tack pins that holds the eagle to the disk in addition to the wafer nut that secures the device to the cap. For my infantry brethren, if you remove the wafer nut with the tack pins the blue disk will fit fine behind the device, and the wafer nut that secures the device to your cap will secure the eagle to the device.
