Marlow White's swords and sabers have ceremonial blades. As such, they are built to strict military regulations to be used in drills, ceremonies, and displays. These blades are of the highest quality but are not sharpened for use as a weapon.
Marine Sword Certification Letter
FAQ and more information about Certified Marine Swords
Following are the two letters of certification we received from the Marine Corps Systems Command when we re-certified our Marine Officer and NCO Swords. Certifications must be renewed on a regular basis with Systems Command in order to remain certified.
[Purchase a Marine Officer Sword]
[Purchase a Marine NCO Sword]
Certification Note:
Your sword may have a different certification number compared to the ones listed in the letter above. Our previous Officer certification number was 880 and NCO number was 450. While both of those numbers expired in 2016, swords produced under those numbers prior to the expiration date are still approved for use and wear by MCSC. If you receive a sword with 880 or 450 on the blade, it was made to standard while covered under the previous certification number and is authorized.
