Retail Shipping Information and Policies

Shortages in shipments must be brought to our attention within three business days from date of delivery in order to receive invoice adjustments or replacement items.

WE CANNOT INFLUENCE OR AFFECT YOUR ORDER ONCE IT IS TAKEN BY shipping carriers! They can refuse delivery of Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2 Day, or normal service for inclement weather as they see fit. Occasionally they have a service failure. We cannot warranty their performance. They may refuse delivery until they can get a signature from you if you live in an apartment or have a non-secure front door. This may make the use of a carrier location necessary if you are a PSG, PLT LDR, 1SG or Commander, for example, that doesn't get home until after 2000 hours.

FedEx will NOT deliver to a PO Box! We must have a street address for FedEx service.

Any web order of at least $100 receives free FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Shipping. You may still choose upgraded shipping, in which case you will only need to pay the up-charge.

If you are stationed overseas/at sea and have an APO/FPO address we can send your order via Priority Mail. If you would like your order to arrive sooner, you might want to choose the APO Express Mail option (which will cost an additional $30). Keep in mind that USPS Express Mail eligibility varies per address. If you choose APO Express Mail and it turns out the service is not available for your address, you will not be charged the $30 upcharge.

Free FedEx Ground/Home Delivery shipping does not apply to international orders or US Territories.

This is a short explanation of our general processing and delivery time estimates. For a more detailed explanation, please visit our Delivery/Arrival estimate page.

We generally like to ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving your order; however, please allow us up to 2 business days to ship general items. Special items that require more time are listed on our detailed "time-in-transit" page. We prioritize our Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, and 2nd Day orders. For these orders that are being shipped Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, or 2 Day, we will try our absolute best to ship these orders out within 24 hours. Please note that same day shipping is not same day delivery. We do not arrange for same-day-delivery courier service through airlines. For those of you who must have overnight delivery, our policy is:

1. Telephone orders: For same day shipping, please call us with your order before 1:00 p.m. (CST). If the item is in stock, we will do our best to ship it out the same business day. For telephone orders received after 1:00 p.m. (CST), we cannot guarantee to ship out that same day, but will try our best, depending on the volume of other orders at that time, on our FedEx pick-up time, etc. Please alert us of the urgency while on the phone; we will do our best.
2. Web orders: Web orders ship based on the production time of the products selected. Most non-production orders received before noon CST ship the same day. You will be able to see an estimated delivery time for FedEx shipping methods during the checkout process. If you send us a web order that you wish to go out the same day, please telephone us at 1-800-255-6136 to alert us of the urgency.

FedEx Priority Overnight and Standard Overnight packages shipped on Friday will arrive the following business day, but we understand that emergencies do happen. We may be able to arrange FedEx Saturday delivery within the following constraints:

• FedEx Saturday delivery is not available to all areas (e.g., Hawaii, some remote rural areas, etc.).
• We can only arrange Saturday delivery using FedEx.
• The minimum additional charge is $45.00 (i.e., normal Standard Shipping Rate, plus at least $45 more).
• FedEx Saturday rates vary widely due to weight, size, zip code, and value. We must know what you are ordering to quote.
• You must call us for a quote.
• We cannot absolutely guarantee delivery because we are relying on the FedEx delivery mechanism and acts of God do occur
